18.	Do you avoid people or places that do not approve of you drinking/using?

20.	Have you ever lied about what or how much you drink/use?
21.	Does the thought of running out of drugs terrify you?
22.	Do you ever question your own sanity?
23.	Do you feel it is impossible for you to live without drugs/drinking?
24.	Have you had irrational or indefinable fears?
25.	Has using drugs/drinking affected your sexual relationships?
26.	Have you had an accident because of drinking or using?
27.	Do you drink or use to relieve the painfulness of living?
Your "YES" answer total :

One “YES” answer : BE AWARE. You may have or you may develop a problem with alcohol or other drugs.

Two or more “YES” answers : You have problems with alcohol or drugs and should seek help immediately.
