Education & Nutrition
In households where HIV is present the children suffer irrespective whether they are infected or affected. Affected children invarabily face the brunt when their parents are in the advanced stages as they have to assume the role of care givers and many a time these kids have to drop out of school and start working.
The Foundation provides assistance to such families with support for the childrens education and also nutritional support for the family since poverty and hunger coupled with disease wrecks such children and their families.
Over 200 kids are supported with their education and 75 families receive regular nutritional assistance each month.
