To achieve some measure of economic self-sufficiency, the Centre attempts to provide vocational training to make the rehabilitation of AIDS patients a more

realistic possibility. This requires only light physical work but encourages creativity and positive feelings. There is a separate shed within the centre for the production of decorative candles, paper covers and greeting cards. Training is also provided in tailoring.
